Colin Javens paralysed from shoulders down in an accident in 2000 used a tiny movement in one wrist to drive again and to launch "Driving Home": an inspirational fund-raising journey with him at the wheel from Stoke Mandeville Hospital to Cape Town.

From the diary: "n my mind I was really expecting Cairo to be very much like Nairobi. I was expecting more people more unorganisation and total chaos however I was really surprised. In the main part of town the roads were constantly being swept and were in really good order."
