Extract from the Diary: "I went for some grub in a typical Colombian restaurant serving normal Colombian fare a typical dish will have some fried banana rice a big bowl of beans some plantains blood sausage and some other stuff. When it came the blood sausage looked too much like a mickey for me to eat it so I just eat the rice.... I hate beans!"
