Extract from the diary: "I loved Central Asia my favorite countries being Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan for their friendly people and amazing scenery. It?s a region that has surprised and delighted me in many ways it has certainly been a great adventure. Despite this I was glad to starting a new chapter Asia sub-continent and specifically China.
